The Los Angeles Journey to Israel and The Hebrew University

Western Region Vice-Chairman Patricia Glaser and AFHU National Board of Regents member Brindell Gottlieb once again led AFHU’s Los Angeles Journey to Israel.  During the whirlwind March 29- April 8, 2011 trip, participants visited three of Hebrew University's four campuses and met with a host of professors and public officials, including HU President Menahem Ben-Sasson, Chief Justice Dorit Beinish and recently retired United Nations Ambassador Gabriella Shalev. The mission concluded with an extraordinary excursion to the Rose Red City of Petra in Jordan.
