Smith, hosted a special VIP reception and scientific poster session with Israeli neuroscientists visiting Washington, DC for the Annual Meeting of The National Institute for Psychobiology in Israel (NIPI). NIPI is located at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. The dinner at the Israel Embassy in Washington, DC, was held in honor of the Charles E. Smith family's 40 years of support for NIPI.
